the do's and dont's of Lagos Eyo Festival
Lagos@50 Eyo Festival is scheduled to hold on today, Saturday, May 20, 2017 and the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu II has sent out early warning to Lagosians against putting on shoes, and women against wearing head ties on Saturday as the state hosts Eyo Festival.
The monarch made the declaration while informing the residents and visitors to Lagos about the forthcoming festival
The Oba, represented by the Olumegbon of Lagos, Chief Fatai Lawal, outlined the dos and don’ts of the festival.

These include
1. Do not to wear any shoes within the vicinity of the masquerades
2. Female must not wear any form of head ties to the event or do Shuku hairdo
3. Do no smoke around the area
4. No riding of bicycle
5 Do not take pictures of the Masqurades
