Following the alleged disappearance of more than N2 billion naira from the coffers of the University of Ilorin, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will quiz the institution's immediate vice-chancellor, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede and the incumbent, Prof. Abdulganiyu Ambali. It was learnt that the ‎leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), petitioned the anti-graft agency against the management of the foremost institution in Nigeria. Oloyede was recently appointment registrar of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) but his appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari has been protested against by ASUU. The petition, according to Nigerian Tribune, was submitted on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the zonal office of the EFCC at 16, Reverend Oyedeji Crescent, Iyaganku, Ibadan. Confusion as Google Names Two Presidents For Gambia [PHOTO]

For all intents and purposes, Gambia currently has two presidents; Yahya Jammeh who's been there for 22 years yet has refused to step down after he lost the election and Adama Barrow, President-elect, whose inauguration is expected to hold today at noon. Though The Gambian people have spoken about who they want to lead them, Google is yet to decide and have listed both men as presidents. Meanwhile, Gambia is reported to be very quiet today with the streets eerily empty. The country seems to be holding her breath. See photos below:
